This game is the best simulation ever in the world. Sega really knows how to make a good RTS game. In this game you are a manager from a team. This game is very realistic. You can trade for players, change formation, tactics, talk to your team, interview, dll. Really trains you to become a manager. Look at the picture below to see it:
